5 SIMPLE STEPS TO PLANT YOUR SEED

SOAK

Soak your seed in lukewarm water for 12–24 hours before planting.

PLANT

Plant the seed around 1–2cm deep in well-draining soil. Place the seed on its side.

COVER

Cover loosely with clingfilm or a clear cup to help retain warmth and humidity.

BE PATIENT

Place somewhere warm with bright indirect light. Germination can take 2–8 weeks.

GROW & ENJOY

Once your seedling has two true leaves, continue care in a small nursery pot.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Germination time: 2–8 weeks, sometimes longer.
  • Ideal temperature: 22–28°C.
  • Keep soil lightly moist, not waterlogged.
  • Bright, indirect light only.
