5 SIMPLE STEPS TO START YOUR SEED

SOAK
Soak your seed in lukewarm water for 12–24 hours before planting (seed will sink).

PLACE IN MOSS
Place the seed on lightly damp sphagnum moss and gently press it in. Keep the moss moist by misting regularly.

COVER
Cover loosely with clingfilm or a clear cup to help retain warmth and humidity.

BE PATIENT
Place somewhere warm with bright indirect light. Germination can take 2–8 weeks.

GROW & ENJOY
Once your seedling has two true leaves, continue care in a small nursery pot.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Germination time: 2–8 weeks, sometimes longer.
- Ideal temperature: 22–28°C.
- Keep soil lightly moist, not waterlogged.
- Bright, indirect light only.
